FTF Values is the community's most trusted value reference for Flee the Facility on Roblox. We maintain up-to-date value listings for all tradeable items across every rarity tier — from Common consumables to Legendary bundles.
Our mission is simple: help players trade fairly and confidently. By providing transparent, community-driven value data, we reduce scams, improve trade outcomes, and make the FTF trading experience more fun for everyone.
What makes us different:
• Community-driven: Values reflect real trading data from active players
• Regular updates: Our list is updated frequently to reflect market shifts
• Transparent methodology: We explain our stability tags and demand ratings openly
• Expert-curated: Our staff team includes experienced traders who understand the meta
We update our value listings regularly — typically multiple times per week, and sometimes daily during active trading periods or after major game updates.
Each update is documented in our Changelog, where you can see exactly what changed, when it changed, and why. We track:
• Value increases and decreases
• Demand rating adjustments
• New item additions
• Stability and status tag changes
• Bug fixes and feature improvements
You can also join our Discord to get real-time notifications when values are updated.
Stability tags are our way of telling you where an item's value is likely headed. Think of them as a forecast based on community trading patterns and expert analysis.
Here's the full breakdown:
• Rising — Rapidly gaining value. Consider holding.
• Doing Well — Slowly gaining value. Positive trend.
• Improving — Good trades incoming. May rise soon.
• Stable — No current movement. Safe to trade at listed value.
• Fluctuating — Unpredictable value range. Trade with caution.
• Struggling — Decreasing demand. May drop further.
• Receding — Slowly losing value. Monitor closely.
• Dropping — Rapidly losing value. Trade away quickly.

Our values are determined through a combination of community data and expert review. We don't pull numbers out of thin air — every value on this site reflects real trading activity.
Our methodology:
1. Community Reports: We collect trade data from Discord, trading forums, and player reports.
2. Staff Review: Our value list staff reviews all data and assesses market trends.
3. Consensus Building: Values are set based on what the majority of traders actually accept.
4. Regular Rebalancing: We periodically rebalance values (e.g., v3.0 divided mid/high-tier values by 1.2×/1.5×) to keep the economy healthy.
What we consider:
• Actual trade offers received for each item
• Frequency of trades for each item
• Rarity and availability of the item
• Seasonal/event demand spikes
• Overall market sentiment
Niche is a special status tag we assign to items that are hard to obtain and rarely traded. These are items owned by very few players, which creates a unique trading dynamic.
Key characteristics of Niche items:
• Very few active traders have them
• When they DO trade, they usually get their face value
• They can sometimes receive overpays due to scarcity
• They may take longer to trade due to low supply
Should you hold or trade Niche items?
It depends on your goals. If you enjoy collecting rare items, holding makes sense — scarcity may drive value up over time. If you want liquid currency to trade for other items, Niche items can be challenging to convert quickly.
Short answer: No. Our values are guidelines, not absolute rules. Every trade is unique, and several factors can make the "correct" value different from what's listed.
When you might get MORE than listed value:
• The other trader really wants your item
• Your item has Overpaid For status
• Demand is high and supply is low
• You're trading during a seasonal event where your item is relevant
When you might get LESS than listed value:
• Your item has Underpaid For status
• Demand is low and many players have your item
• You're in a hurry and accept the first offer
• The trader is experienced and negotiates well
Our recommendation: Use our values as your starting point, then negotiate from there. If someone offers significantly more or less than our listed value, ask yourself why — and consider checking with our Discord community before accepting.
We have TWO Discord communities where you can connect with FTF traders:

These are Status Tags that give you extra insight beyond the stability tag. They describe how an item actually performs in real trades.
Overpaid For 💰
Items with this status are stable in value, but consistently receive slightly MORE than their listed base value in actual trades. This happens when an item is highly desirable — traders are willing to pay a premium to acquire it.
What this means for you:
• If you OWN this item: You can typically ask for (and get) slightly above the listed value
• If you WANT this item: Be prepared to pay a small premium, or offer something equally desirable
Underpaid For 💸
Items with this status are stable in value, but consistently receive slightly LESS than their listed base value. This happens when an item is less desirable — traders are only willing to pay a discount to acquire it.
What this means for you:
• If you OWN this item: Expect to receive slightly below the listed value in most trades
• If you WANT this item: You may be able to negotiate a small discount!
